Editorial policy

How Toolkeel builds and tests its tools, fact-checks articles, corrects mistakes, uses AI assistance, and keeps advertising separate from content.

How we build tools

  • Every tool is implemented in-house and tested with valid, invalid and edge-case inputs before publication, including automated tests for calculations, parsers and encoders.
  • Each tool page states its limits plainly. If a task cannot be done reliably in the browser, we say so rather than publish a weak tool.
  • Formulas used by calculators are shown on their pages so results can be checked.

How we write Insights

  • Articles explain tasks our tools help with, in plain language, and are written for readers, not search engines.
  • Facts such as tax rates, legal frameworks and platform limits are checked against primary sources (government sites, standards bodies, official documentation), which are listed at the end of each article.
  • Articles show the date first published and the date last updated. We review them when rules or platforms change.
  • Topics involving money or law include a clear note that the article is general information, not professional advice.

Use of AI

We use AI-assisted software development and drafting tools. Every published tool and article is reviewed, tested and fact-checked by the team before publication, and we are responsible for the result.

Translations

Our Arabic pages (العربية) are translated from the English versions with AI assistance and checked by the team. If the two versions ever differ, the English page and our English legal documents prevail. Tell us about any translation mistake through the contact page.

Advertising and independence

Advertising never influences which tools we build or what articles say. Ads are clearly labelled and kept separate from tool controls and article text. We do not accept payment for reviews or rankings.

Corrections

If you find an error, email support@toolkeel.com. We correct confirmed errors promptly and update the article's date.
